The Shed-X series
Our Shed-X Series are structures for those that want a conventional shed, but with an upgraded look. Standard wall height on these sheds are 8' tall, but can vary depending on size of structure.
Sizes: 8'x8' and up in 2' increments
Construction: 2x4 framing 16" on center framed with double top plate on all four walls. Flooring is 40 year pressure treated flooring system with 3/4" regular plywood.
Roof: Full Length Boxed in roof rafters with metal drip edge and metal roofing
1/2" OSB Sheeting with Felt Paper
24-gauge corrugated Galvalume roofing with exposed fasteners
Windows: Custom Made Transom Windows made with Plexiglass
Siding: 50 year LP Smart Panel Siding finished with LP SmartTrim
Door: 4' Wide by 6'6" tall shed door, upgrades are optional
Hardware: All Zinc hardware with locking door handle
Warranty: 1 year manufacturer warranty on all models
