In 2004, Ozzie founded UMS in Houston, TX. The story begins a little before 2004, when he was working for his brother in sales for storage sheds, and running a music studio.  Having a need for him to expand his recording studio, he decided to take a leap of faith and started building sheds. Since he has always had a passion and desire for modern architecture and has always marched to the beat of his own drum, he felt he could design and build unique sheds. Him being the competitor he is, he welcomed the challenge with determination and drive that was embeded in his DNA. He envisioned and designed and built his unique sheds that were soon to become the company we all know and love as ULTRA MODERN STRUCTURES.
