Why choose a Ultra Modern Structure?
Skys the limit. Our structures can used for anything. The can be used as offices, man caves, woman caves, yoga, reading spaces, pool houses and much much more.
How long will it take for me to get my UMS?
Once you have approved a design it can take 5 to 8 weeks to get your structure. It is our goal to get it done and set up for you as soon as possible.
Will I need a building permit?
Under normal circumstances any structure under 120 sq ft. does not need a building permit. However this can change depending on building options. It is alway best to check with your local Homeowner's Association and/or city local regulations before ordering.
How does payment work?
If we install the structure, we will need a 50% deposit, and then a 45% deposit before we ship, and once we complete the strucutre the final 5% will be due. If you are installing your diy kit then we will need 50% down when the order is placed and the final 50% will be due before we ship. We accept all major credit cards and checks.
Do these structures come with electrical?
We can add an electrical package with any and all of our structures. Just ask your UMS sales associate to help you with this.
Is there a set cost per square foot?
No. Since our structures are mostly custom it would be hard for us to set a price per sq foot. We'll discuss options with all of our customers and create the structure that will meet your budget. Just ask your sales rep and they will help your design the modern structure of your dreams.
