UMS strives to meet commuity and national standards in high performance building. Our commitment to leave as little waste as possible is what drives our company to green building standards. When building on your property there will be no need for dumpsters on site.  Our construction waste can usualy fit in a garbage can. We will take the proper measures to build with "green living" standards where possible.  We all know that recycling is the right thing to and so we will do our best to follow the the 3 R's: REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE.  It is our goal to become a green certified company for the state of Texas.
